You don't need to own all the EP's and SP's for this house to work in your game. Goth house has been cleaned with Sims2Pack Clean Installer getting rid of unwanted mods and recolours I haven't used. Today I rebuilt the Goth house from The Sims 1 for The Sims 2 and it turned out great as you will see in the screenshots I've been playing The Sims 2 again and having so much fun building houses and making Sim families.
